Why “Cornerstone”
The name isn't accidental.
A cornerstone is the first stone set in a foundation — the one every other stone is aligned to. It determines whether the structure stands straight or leans. We named this company Cornerstone because we believe what's underneath a business matters more than what's on the surface.
For us, that foundation is Christ. That's not a marketing angle — it's the actual reason we do this work the way we do.

That means we take seriously the idea that there's no corner of life — including work done with your hands — that falls outside the lordship of Christ. The Dutch theologian Abraham Kuyper put it plainly: "There is not a square inch in the whole domain of our human existence over which Christ does not cry: Mine!" That includes a driveway. It includes a house wash. It includes showing up to your home and treating it with respect.
We don't do good work to impress customers or build a reputation. We do it because we answer to someone higher than a customer review — and because loving your neighbor isn't suspended when you pick up a pressure washer. The Great Commandment reaches into ordinary work. Showing up when we said we would, handling your property carefully, leaving things better than we found them — that's not just professionalism. It's how we serve the people God has placed around us.
